A customized filter press differs from a catalogue machine in six places. Each one is fixed from measured data, and each one changes how the press behaves on your slurry.<\/p>\n

Recessed chamber, membrane, plate & frame and CGR gasketed packs. Plate size, chamber depth and plate count follow the slurry and the cake target.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

PP, cast iron, SS304, SS316L, PVDF and duplex on request. Wetted parts are matched to pH, temperature and abrasion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Filtration area from 1 to 1000 m² on one press. Frame length, plate count and feed pump are sized to the batch or the continuous duty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
