Recessed Chamber Plate
PP / cast iron / stainless, incl. diaphragm (squeeze) variants. Cast in-house at our facility, matched to your chamber size, cake thickness, and duty cycle. Standard geometries stocked; custom specs on request.
Membrane Plate
PP or rubber membrane for squeeze drying. Compatible with major press geometries; selection needs your press model.
Cloth Material Selection
Polypropylene, polyester, nylon, cotton blends — matched to chemical resistance, mesh count, and cake release.
Plate & Frame Service
Re-gasketing, surface re-machining, frame straightness check — return-and-rebuild or on-site for your worn set.
Sealing Gasket & Edge Tape
Replacement gaskets, edge tapes, drainage cloth strips — sized to your plate drawing; shipped as set.

Ring Segments
Cast stainless / duplex rings forming the moving cake stack. Manufactured by Loway — matched to disc count and screw OD.
Screw Shaft
Hard-faced or SS-clad helical shaft. Loway-made in standard pitches; replacement built to original geometry.
Wear Liner
Replaceable liner inside the cage body — protects the housing from abrasive sludge. Sized per inner diameter.
Bearing & Seal Kit
Drive-end and tail-end bearing housings, mechanical seals, O-rings — matched to your screw press frame size.
Cage Body & Frame
Replacement cage sections and frame members — supplied as welded assemblies for worn or damaged units.
