Route 1 — the whole line
Complete Dewatering Systems
Turnkey sludge dewatering systems from screening to cake loading: every stage engineered, built and commissioned by one supplier, so no interface is orphaned when something needs changing.
- Screening, thickening, dosing, dewatering, conveying — one P&ID, one PLC, one warranty.
- Filter press, belt press or screw press as the dewatering core — chosen on your sample, not on our stock.

Route 2 — the fines first
Fine Solid Separation
Hair, fibres, grit and fine solids that pass coarse screens destroy pumps, blind filter cloths and block distribution nozzles. Fine screening and filtration equipment catches them before they cost you a shutdown.
- Rotary drum fine screens with mesh from coarse down to fine filtration grades.
