Parts & ServiceSpare Parts & Service for Every Machine We Build
Genuine spare parts for filter presses, belt filter presses, screw presses and screening equipment — plus installation, maintenance, retrofit and fast technical support, from the people who built your machine.
Spare Parts by Machine Type
Every wear part below is made to the drawings of the machine it fits. Pick your machine type — or, if you already know the part, send the serial number and we take it from there.

Plates, Cloth & Filter Media
Cross-machine consumables with their own catalogs — materials, weaves and edge finishes compared in detail.
- Filter press plates by type & material
- Filter cloth by polymer, weave and micron rating
- Belt and drum media for continuous filters
Running Another Brand’s Machine?
A large share of our parts orders are for presses we did not build. If dimensions match our range, we supply drop-in replacements; if not, we make plates and media to your drawings.
- Send a photo of the part or the nameplate
- Or a dimensioned drawing / measurements
- We confirm fitment in writing before you order
| Machine | Most-requested wear parts | Typical replacement trigger | Fastest way to identify yours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Filter Press | Plates, cloths, membranes, seals, hydraulic hoses | Cloudy filtrate, rising feed pressure, leaking joints, cracked plate | Serial number on the frame nameplate + plate dimensions |
| Belt Filter Press | Belts, doctor blades, rollers & bearings, tracking pneumatics | Belt edge wear, streaky cake, tracking alarms, noisy bearings | Belt width & length, or machine model + serial |
| Screw Press | Moving/fixed rings, spacers, screw shaft, back-pressure cone | Rising cake moisture, filtrate carry-over, gap wear on rings | Model number; ring count per section if known |
| Screening Equipment | Screen elements, cutter sets, brushes, drive chains & sprockets | Screen blinding/tears, grinding noise, reduced capture rate | Screen aperture + drum/panel dimensions, or serial |
| Any other brand | Plates, cloths, belts to drawing | OEM lead time too long, part discontinued | Photo + key dimensions; we confirm fitment first |
Note: replacement filter plates and filter cloth have dedicated catalogs with full material and sizing data — see the link hub at the bottom of this page.
Why Buy Parts From the Manufacturer
We design and manufacture filter presses, belt filter presses, screw presses and screening equipment ourselves — and we support each one for the life of the machine. The parts we ship are made to the same drawings, from the same materials, as the parts on your machine when it left us.
Service That Starts at Commissioning — and Stays
Parts are only half of uptime. The other half is people who know your machine. Four ways we support you after delivery:
Installation & Commissioning
On-site installation, alignment, piping checks and test runs with your sludge. Your operators get hands-on training before we leave — and the warranty clock starts here.
Plan an installationMaintenance & Retrofit
Planned maintenance kits, plus retrofits that extend a machine’s life: PLC & automation upgrades, membrane conversion for drier cake, cloth-washing and discharge improvements.
Discuss a retrofitTechnical Support
Leaking plates, wet cake, cloth blinding, tracking alarms — send photos or a short video and an engineer walks you through diagnosis remotely, usually within 24 hours.
Troubleshooting guidesSpare Parts Stocking
Common wear parts — cloths, belts, seals, rings — are held in stock for fast dispatch. For critical lines we can agree a dedicated consignment stock at your site.
Ask about stockingYou talk to engineers, not a ticket queue.
When you send a parts inquiry or a breakdown photo, it lands with the same team that designs and builds these machines. They read drawings, not scripts — and they have probably seen your exact problem before.
- ≤ 24h response on every inquiry, 7 days a week — by email, WhatsApp or WeChat
- Remote diagnosis first — most issues are solved without a site visit
- On-site engineers available for commissioning, audits and training worldwide
Get the Right Part in Three Steps
You do not need a part number to start. A serial number, a photo, or even “the cloth for the press we bought in 2019” is enough.
Tell us what you have
Machine model or serial number is ideal. A clear photo of the part or the nameplate works too — our engineers identify it against our drawings.
We confirm fitment & quote
Within 24 hours you get a written confirmation of the exact part, material and lead time, with pricing. For third-party machines we verify dimensions first.
Dispatch & support
Stocked parts ship by express courier within days; emergencies go by air. Fitting questions afterwards go straight back to the same engineer.
Send your machine model, part list and a photo of the nameplate — and get a written confirmation of fitment, material and lead time within 24 hours.
Replies within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Prefer chat? WhatsApp +86 189 5282 5752.
Send your part list — get an answer within 24 hours.
Mark your message URGENT and it goes straight to an engineer. Most breakdowns are diagnosed remotely, and critical parts can be expedited by air.
Spare Parts & Service — Common Questions
Do you supply spare parts for machines made by other manufacturers?
Often, yes. Where plate dimensions, cloth cutting patterns or belt widths match our range we can supply drop-in replacements, and we make custom plates and media to your drawings. Send a photo or a dimensioned drawing and we confirm fitment before quoting.
How do I identify the right part for my machine?
The fastest way is the machine serial number on the nameplate, or the part number in your manual or parts list. If you have neither, a clear photo of the part usually lets our engineers identify it against our drawings — including for older machines we still hold on file.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked wear parts are dispatched by express courier, typically within days of order confirmation. Custom or legacy parts are made to order and the exact lead time is confirmed with your quote. Emergency shipments can be expedited by air.
How often should filter cloth be replaced?
It depends on your feed — abrasiveness, chemistry and blinding rate — not on a calendar. The practical signs are cloudier filtrate, longer cycle times, higher feed pressure or cloth hardening. A quick monthly inspection, and replacement when these signs appear, works better than a fixed schedule.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years from installation and commissioning for defects in materials and workmanship on mechanical and hydraulic components. Wear parts — cloths, belts, seals and similar consumables — are excluded. Full terms are stated in your proposal and contract.
Can you upgrade or retrofit a machine we already own?
Yes. Common retrofits include automation and PLC upgrades, membrane-plate conversion for drier cake, cloth-washing and discharge improvements, and capacity reviews. Send us photos and the serial number and we will tell you what is possible.
Is it safe to fit non-genuine wear parts?
The risk is specification drift. A plate with the wrong pressure rating is a safety concern; a cloth with the wrong permeability quietly costs you cake dryness and cycle time. Genuine parts are made to the drawings of the machine we built — that is the value we sell.
My machine is down now. How do I get help fast?
Contact us by WhatsApp or email at support@lowayequipment.com and mark the message URGENT. An engineer replies within 24 hours, usually diagnoses the cause remotely, and can expedite the part by air if needed.
