Our design and production team has 25+ years of combined experience in solid-liquid separation engineering. Our engineers have designed filter presses for mining, chemical, food and municipal applications — experience that goes into every machine we build today.

- Metalworking & Laser Cutting: Equipped with high-precision laser cutters and CNC machining centers, we ensure that every filter press beam and screw shaft meets strict dimensional tolerances.
- Certified Welding & Robotic Welding: Our structural components are fabricated by certified senior welders. We perform rigorous Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on main beams to ensure they can safely withstand high hydraulic pressures without deformation.
- Material Traceability: We refuse to cut corners on raw materials. All carbon steel (Q345B) and stainless steel (SUS304/316L) used in our frames and wetted parts come with mill test certificates, fully traceable to the source.
- Pre-Shipment Testing: No machine leaves our factory until it passes a comprehensive inspection. This includes hydraulic pressure holding tests (up to 30Mpa), dry-run cycling, and electrical logic verification.

Avoid the risk of improper sizing. Our in-house Sludge Analysis Lab can test your specific slurry sample to determine the optimal filtration rate, polymer dosage, and expected cake moisture. We base our proposals on data, not guesswork.
