Before quoting, our engineers review your sludge type, solids content, daily volume and target cake dryness, and size the equipment accordingly. If you can send a sludge sample, we run lab or pilot tests to verify performance. Every proposal states the expected capacity and cake moisture — not generic brochure numbers.
Every machine is fully assembled and dry-run tested in our workshop before packing. You receive a test report and test video before shipment. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is also accepted at your arrangement.
Machines are pre-commissioned and tested before shipment, so on-site work is mainly reassembly and connection. We provide detailed manuals, wiring diagrams, video guidance and remote diagnostics. On-site commissioning by our engineer is available on request.
2 years from the shipment date, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts (filter cloths, seals) and spare parts are dispatched worldwide by express courier. With remote diagnostics, most issues are identified without waiting for parts to ship.
Yes. We send photos and videos at every key stage — fabrication, assembly, and dry-run testing — so you see your machine take shape. Factory visits in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province are always welcome.
