- Certified Welding & Robotic Welding : Our structural components are fabricated by certified senior welders. We perform rigorous Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on main beams to ensure they can safely withstand high hydraulic pressures without deformation.
- Material Traceability: We refuse to cut corners on raw materials. All carbon steel (Q345B) and stainless steel (SUS304/316L) used in our frames and wetted parts come with mill test certificates, fully traceable to the source.
- Pre-Shipment Testing: No machine leaves our factory until it passes a comprehensive inspection. This includes hydraulic pressure holding tests (up to 30Mpa), dry-run cycling, and electrical logic verification.
