Q1: How do you guarantee "Iron-Free" operation?

We clad the main beam in Stainless Steel 304. We use special coated bolts, non-metallic chain guards, and polymer wear strips on the plate handles. This ensures that even if there is friction, no iron particles fall into your product.

Standard PP might soften. For these conditions (common in Lithium Hydroxide), we use Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene (R-PP) or PVDF plates, which maintain rigidity and chemical resistance at high temperatures.

We use precision monofilament cloths with a pore size down to 1-2 microns. Combined with the right feed pressure profile, we achieve >95% capture rate for fine Silicon Carbide (SiC) particles.

Yes. We provide high-pressure Automatic Cloth Washing systems (100 bar). A robotic spray bar travels between the plates, blasting away sticky residues like LFP or ternary precursors. This restores filtration speed without manual labor, ensuring consistent cycle times 24/7.

Q5: Can we expand the capacity of the press later if our production scales up?
Yes. We can design the frame with an “Expandable Head” (extra beam length). This allows you to start with fewer plates (e.g., 50 plates) and simply add more plates later (e.g., up to 80 plates) to increase capacity without buying a new machine. This is ideal for phased Gigafactory ramp-ups.

For ultra-fine particles (0.5 – 2 microns), we use specialized Multifilament or Satin-Weave cloths. These offer a tighter weave for high capture efficiency while still allowing for excellent cake release (“cake discharge”) compared to standard felt cloths. We can send sample swatches for your lab testing.
